My reservation was made 2 days in advance with the understanding that i would be there to pick up the truck @ 9 am which i was and although the place was opened there was no one for the transaction. 15 minutes later i was assisted by the owner who was rude, unprofessional and ill-tempered. Service was less than satisfactory. An unpleasant experience to say the least, NEVER AGAIN with this company!!!
